How can I enter information for weekly events? For example, if a class will meet on Thursday nights at 7:30 for eight weeks starting September 14, 2007 you would input September 14, 2007 to November 1, 2007 as the start and end dates. What about entering recurring events that occur on a non-weekly schedule? After completing the Add Event Information form for the initial event, click "Submit." The next page that appears on your screen displays the posting as it will appear on the Community Calendar and asks you if you wish to COPY this event for occurrence at a future date. When you select COPY a new Event Information Form appears where you can change the dates and other details. Be sure to remove the word "Copy" from each new event title. Repeat the process until you have posted all the events you wish to recur. |
